    Adobe InDesign

C: Update Graphic Links in Package
D: Include IDML (essential for older InDesign versions)
E: Include PDF (for quick reference)
    4. Click Package and then OK on the font warning.

    Optimize Your Files

Use the following tips to reduce file sizes, ensuring faster transfer speeds and avoiding common email delivery failures.

    Zip the Files

Right-click your packaged folder and select Compress (Mac) or Send to  Compressed folder (Windows). A single .zip file uploads much faster than a folder containing many files.

      Wifi/Internet

Plug in an Ethernet cable directly to your computer instead of relying on Wi-Fi. Wireless signals can be laggy or unstable, which often causes large file uploads to fail or take much longer.
